Digital Government in the Decade of Action for Sustainable Development

The 2020 e-Government Survey assesses digital government development in the United Nations Member States and supports national efforts "to provide effective, accountable and inclusive digital services to all and to bridge the digital divides in fulfilling the principle of leaving no one behind".  It included the description of regional initiatives for enhancing digital government in the Arab region.   It also covered the deployment of digital technologies in the national responses to covid-19 pandemic and the policy efforts needed to advance digital government transformation in the region.  Please check the access link for more.
