The purpose is to facilitate the employment of the non-Omani workforce and manage its cycle in the public and private sectors, starting from issuing permits until the end of their service. This system includes electronic services such as issuing work permits, registering contracts, renewing permits, and cancelling permits, which facilitates procedures and contributes to facilitating the process of managing the non-Omani workforce.
